Contact support
Email support@datavisualsolutions.com. The link opens a pre-addressed message in your email app. Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, App version, the exact error message, what happened, and steps to reproduce it.
Do not email customer records, raw recordings, passwords, API keys, or payment-card information. Support messages are delivered to the Data Visual Solutions, LLC monitored Microsoft 365 shared mailbox.
Before you contact us
- Confirm the App and iOS or iPadOS are up to date.
- Check your network connection for invoice parsing or iCloud synchronization.
- Review the relevant permission in Settings, including Contacts, Speech Recognition, Microphone, and iCloud access.
- Note any message shown by the App and the steps immediately before it appeared.
Speech and invoice parsing
Speech recognition is designed to run on your device. Transcript text is then sent through a Data Visual Solutions Cloudflare Worker to OpenAI to produce structured invoice fields. Raw recorded audio is not sent to OpenAI.
Always review generated fields. If a result is inaccurate, edit it before saving or sending the invoice. For troubleshooting, describe the problem without including real customer information whenever possible.
Contacts permission
Contacts import is optional. If access is unavailable, review the App’s Contacts permission in iOS or iPadOS Settings. You can continue by entering customer information manually.
iCloud synchronization
The App uses local SwiftData and may synchronize eligible data through your private iCloud/CloudKit database. Sync timing depends on device connectivity, Apple Account and iCloud settings, available storage, and Apple services. The App does not provide a separate Data Visual Solutions login.
Before troubleshooting, confirm that you are signed into the intended Apple Account and that iCloud access for the App is enabled on each device. Do not assume reinstalling the App will delete records stored in iCloud.
Purchases
Purchases are handled directly by Apple through StoreKit 2, not RevenueCat. For billing, cancellation, or refund controls, use your Apple Account purchase and subscription settings. If an entitlement is not recognized, include the product name and approximate purchase time in your support email, but do not send payment-card information.
Deleting business data
The Delete Business Data control removes app-managed clients, invoices, line items, and the contractor profile. It keeps language and other app preferences, App Attest security registration, and the Apple-linked subscription session. When iCloud synchronization is enabled, corresponding business-record deletions must synchronize through CloudKit and connected devices; completion may not be immediate. Deletion does not promise immediate removal from provider backups or disaster-recovery systems.
For a privacy request or if the control is unavailable, email support@datavisualsolutions.com with the subject “Voice-to-Invoice privacy request.” We may need enough information to understand and verify the request. The App has no conventional username-and-password account, but a Pro user may have a pseudonymous Sign in with Apple subscription identifier.
